These terms govern the use of our automated soil monitoring systems and related services for corporate farming operations in Malaysia. By engaging with our technology, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
Developpementnaturel provides soil monitoring hardware, sensor calibration, data analytics, and on-site support for large-scale agricultural operations. Our systems are designed to measure soil moisture, temperature, and nutrient levels to support crop management decisions. We do not provide crop yield guarantees or act as a substitute for professional agronomic advice.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate field information, ensuring sensor placement per our guidelines, and maintaining a stable network connection for data transmission. Regular cleaning of sensor probes and reporting of physical damage are required to keep readings reliable. Failure to follow maintenance schedules may affect data accuracy.
All soil data collected from your fields remains your property. We use this data solely to operate the monitoring service, improve our calibration models, and generate anonymized regional analytics. We do not sell raw field data to third parties. Aggregated, non-identifiable trends may be shared for research purposes.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service subscription paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect losses, crop damage, or lost revenue resulting from sensor downtime, data transmission delays, or interpretation of analytics. While we aim for 99% system uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during extreme weather or power outages.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you retain access to your historical data for 60 days to allow for export. We may suspend access immediately if payment is overdue by more than 45 days or if the system is used for unauthorized purposes, including reverse engineering of our hardware.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or regulatory requirements. Notice of material changes will be sent to the registered contact email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
